This position operates in a remote setting, yet offers the experience of a supportive outpatient team. The outpatient office in Sammamish, Washington serves as the central hub for our operations, allowing therapists to connect with clients from the comfort and safety of their own homes. Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver compassionate and effective group and individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities tailored to meet the specific needs of each client.

• Conduct thorough biopsychosocial assessments, consistently setting measurable goals and crafting comprehensive treatment plans that reflect clients' progress and needs.

• Collaborate with clients to establish aftercare strategies that aim for sustained success and well-being beyond treatment.

• Maintain robust communication with clients’ families, external clinicians, and referral sources to ensure continuity and improved client care.

• Adhere to all company policies by meticulously completing required documentation, including progress notes and discharge summaries, in a timely manner.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

We work with diverse client backgrounds, covering a wide range of presenting issues that include anxiety, depression, relationship dynamics, trauma, and life transitions. Our practice embraces a trauma-informed approach and values the importance of understanding each client's story to provide contextual care. The LMFT will engage clients seeking to enhance their relational skillsets, overcome personal challenges, and find pathways to healthier emotional lives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field.

• Active and unrestricted LMFT license in the state of Washington.
\n
• Minimum of three years of relevant clinical experience in a medical or behavioral health environment.

• Strong commitment to maintaining professional integrity, confidentiality, and establishing healthy boundaries with clients.

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills, necessary for effective interaction with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in teletherapy and familiarity with virtual counseling tools and platforms.

• Background working with varied client demographics including children, adults, and families.

• Knowledge of and experience using trauma-informed care approaches and best practices in therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
