Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings via telehealth sessions to evaluate the mental health needs of patients and develop effective treatment plans.

• Provide short-term counseling and crisis intervention services, helping patients navigate immediate psychological challenges through virtual platforms.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and workshops online, focusing on topics pertinent to patient well-being and personal growth, such as stress management and coping strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a telehealth counselor, you will be instrumental in reaching individuals who may have barriers to accessing traditional mental health services, thereby expanding our impact in the Salinas, California area.

Qualifications\n

• Active state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
