Key Responsibilities\n

As a licensed mental health counselor, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups to identify their unique needs and formulate appropriate intervention plans.

• Developing treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), tailored to the individual service needs of your clients.

• Documenting all assessments and treatment plans accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with departmental and regulatory standards.

• Participating in multidisciplinary meetings and patient rounds to collaborate effectively with colleagues and provide coordinated care.

• Providing ongoing case management and continuous support for assigned clients, including regular follow-ups and consultations with community resources to enhance care.

Qualifications\n
