Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and history.

• Create individualized treatment plans that reflect clients' unique therapeutic goals, utilizing a variety of evidence-based modalities.

• Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions through telehealth, ensuring accessibility for clients who may face mobility or transportation barriers.

• Monitor client's progress towards therapeutic goals and adjust treatment plans as necessary to promote optimal outcomes.

• Maintain precise documentation that adheres to ethical standards and integrates relevant regulatory requirements.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and training to enhance therapeutic skills and stay updated on the latest clinical practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid licensure in the state of Florida as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) , Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) , or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) .

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and therapeutic skills.

• A compassionate and non-judgmental demeanor that fosters trust and rapport with clients.

• Effective organizational skills and the ability to manage time successfully in a remote work environment.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience providing therapy in a remote setting or via telehealth platforms.

• Knowledge of various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR).

• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and teletherapy tools.

Life Carriage Counseling Center offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually , commensurate with caseload and experience. Additionally, we provide:
