Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments to understand the individual needs and goals of clients seeking treatment for substance use disorders.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic interventions, ensuring the best possible outcomes for each patient.

• Deliver individualized counseling sessions using techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing to facilitate client engagement and progress.

• Coordinate care by collaborating with psychiatrists, addiction specialists, and other professionals to create a cohesive treatment experience for clients.

• Educate clients and their families about addiction and recovery strategies, empowering them to take an active role in the recovery process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with individuals facing challenges due to substance use disorders. This includes adults and adolescents seeking recovery from various addictions, such as alcohol, prescription medications, and illicit drugs. Your role is critical in guiding these clients through the complexities of addiction recovery, providing them with the tools and support necessary for lasting change.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) in Washington state.

• A robust understanding of substance use disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and recovery-oriented care principles.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and build rapport with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Bright Rehab and Counseling Center is proud to offer a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 per year, contingent upon experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
