Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand client needs, strengths, and challenges, which will allow you to design effective individualized treatment plans.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, fostering a safe space for clients to explore issues such as anxiety, trauma, depression, and relationship challenges.

• Collaborate with a diverse team of doctors, therapists, and mental health specialists, sharing insights to contribute to an integrated approach to client care that enhances therapeutic outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele comprises individuals from various backgrounds who seek assistance with a range of mental health conditions, including exacerbated stress, depression, and trauma reactions. Our approach is respectful and culturally sensitive, recognizing each client's unique experiences and challenges. By actively engaging clients in their treatment process, you will enhance their ability to navigate mental health concerns effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active license or certification in California as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working directly with clients experiencing emotional and psychological challenges.
\n
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport rapidly with a diverse clientele.

• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is preferred.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in telehealth service provision, particularly in adapting therapeutic approaches to a virtual format.

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

• Experience in crisis intervention and management is a desirable asset.

Compensation and Benefits\n
