Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations of client concerns to develop and implement effective treatment plans that align with ethical practices.

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness, tailored to each client's needs.

• Collaborate with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals and continually monitor their progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Provide teletherapy options to clients who may face accessibility issues, leveraging technology to foster supportive relationships in both virtual and in-person settings.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of client interactions and progress, adhering to professional standards and regulatory requirements.

• Participate in workshops and training sessions to stay knowledgeable about the latest advancements in mental health treatment and integrate these practices into your work.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse population of clients, including adolescents, adults, and families who are dealing with varying mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license in Oregon as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required for this role.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to build strong therapeutic alliances with clients.

• Exhibit empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude in all interactions, supporting diverse client experiences.

• Demonstrated organizational skills and the capacity to manage a varied caseload alongside administrative duties efficiently.
