Works as member of a multidisciplinary, collaborative care team, provides expert subject matter consultation to staff and ensures the integration of a continuum of services through Catholic Charities and community resourcesProvide comprehensive behavioral health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for patients in an OB/GYN clinicDeliver evidence-based psychotherapy for individuals experiencing perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, including depression, anxiety, OCD, and birth-related traumaAssess and treat current and historical trauma, including complex trauma, intimate partner violence, and adverse childhood experiencesUtilize evidence-based trauma treatments such as Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), EMDR, and other validated modalitiesProvide dyadic and family-based interventions to support the parent–child relationship, attachment, and early childhood developmentAddress attachment disruptions in infants and young children using developmentally appropriate, relationship-based approachesProvide case-specific clinical supervision and documentation review to pre-licensed clinicians and unlicensed professionals providing behavioral health services per the agency's Rendering Provider Oversight policy.Collaborate with OB/GYN providers, midwives, lactation consultants, and care coordinators to support integrated care deliveryParticipate in warm handoffs and same-day behavioral health consultations within the clinic settingDeliver brief, solution-focused interventions as well as longer-term therapy when clinically indicatedProvide psychoeducation on perinatal mental health, trauma, and infant/early childhood developmentMaintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standardsParticipate in case consultation, interdisciplinary team meetings, and ongoing quality improvement initiativesPerform appropriate case management; refer clients to supportive services to supplement treatment and counseling.Document client contacts and progress in accordance with accepted charting standards.Consult with groups and individuals when needed.Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources and community agencies.Complete necessary administrative duties timely and accurately.Provide education, training and/or planning in mental health human service issues as appropriate.Qualifications:Current, unrestricted licensure (e.g., LCSW, LPC, or PsyD) in the state of ColoradoDemonstrated experience providing evidence-based treatment for trauma-related disorders, including both acute and complex traumaTraining and/or certification in at least one evidence-based trauma modality (e.g., CPT, TF-CBT, EMDR, or equivalent)Experience working with perinatal populations, including pregnant and postpartum women preferredClinical experience supporting parents, infants, and young children, including dyadic or family-based treatment approaches preferredKnowledge of attachment theory and experience addressing attachment-related concerns in early childhoodEducation and/or Experience:Master's degree (MA/MS/MSW) or doctorate degree from accredited college or university; and three to five years related experience and/or training in the field of counseling psychology, social work, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge and experience in the field of perinatal mental health, early childhood mental health, and trauma-informed practice is preferredCertificates, Licenses, Registrations:Licensed TherapistValid driver's license and proof of insurance required.Provider Ethical Agreement:Marisol Health strives to provide excellent, evidenced base care that is also morally sound.
