About the Role
The Company is in search of a Head of Sales for North America, with a focus on leading regional business development in the renewable energy and cleantech sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for full P&L management in the North American market, including the development and execution of sales strategies, key account and channel development, and the closure of large projects. This role requires a seasoned professional with a background in electrical engineering, power electronics, renewable energy, or international trade, and a minimum of 5 years' experience in overseas sales, particularly in power equipment or renewable energy. Familiarity with North American grid standards, UL certification rules, and a proven track record in closing MW-level power equipment projects are essential. Applicants for the Head of Sales position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field and possess strong market insight, business development skills, and the ability to work under pressure. The role demands a leader who can manage regional sales and channel teams, control business and collection risks, and ensure stable business growth. The ideal candidate will have mature local resources, including utilities, EPCs, and end clients, and be experienced in data center and new energy project development. Fluency in English is required for daily work, business negotiation, and technical presentation. The Head of Sales will also be expected to promote the company's brand through industry events and deliver landmark projects in the specified fields.
