Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, and depression. Our clinic serves a diverse population, allowing you to apply individualized therapeutic approaches that respect each client's unique background and experiences.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.

• Strong foundation in solution-based psychotherapy interventions and an understanding of how to tailor approaches to meet the unique needs of clients.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with clients and colleagues alike.

Compensation and Benefits\n
