Work Environment\n

This role operates in a fully remote setting, allowing for flexible working arrangements while maintaining regular business hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Utilizing our telehealth services, you will connect with clients via video conferencing, creating a safe and confidential space for discussions. Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status, strengths, and challenges.

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, ensuring each plan is tailored to individual needs.

• Utilize therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), effectively addressing conditions such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to guidelines set forth by HIPAA and our internal policies to ensure client confidentiality.

• Actively participate in collaboration with a multidisciplinary treatment team to develop integrated care strategies.

• Engage in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to promote ongoing clinical growth and provide the best possible care.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, offering resources and guidance on treatment options available within the community.

• Stay informed of the latest developments and best practices in mental health therapy to enhance the quality of care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New Jersey.
