Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy strategies for clients, guiding them through their unique challenges and conducting thorough assessments to tailor your approach.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions through individual, group, family, and couple therapy sessions.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to address clients’ needs.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, social workers, and medical professionals, to ensure comprehensive care for each client.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records and documentation that comply with regulatory standards, ensuring all client interactions are accurately recorded and maintained.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to stay updated on the latest developments in mental health practices and research.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Must hold an active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Tennessee.

• At least two years of experience in counseling, preferably in a clinical setting.

• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards pertaining to mental health practice.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills necessary for building rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 110,000 per year, reflective of experience and qualifications, along with unlimited earnings potential through performance-based bonuses.
