This position is structured around remote work, allowing you to connect with patients via teletherapy while maintaining flexibility in your schedule. Our operating hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some variability to accommodate the unique needs of our clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate the needs of patients and develop tailored treatment plans that align with their personal goals.

• Utilize various evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to deliver effective individual and group therapy.

• Design and facilitate psychoeducational and support groups, creating community engagement opportunities where patients can share experiences and resources.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive care and foster the best outcomes for patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The patient population at LifeWorks Psychiatric Center is varied and includes individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and other mental health conditions. Our staff is trained to approach treatment with cultural competency, ensuring that we address the diverse backgrounds and needs of every client.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Georgia.

• Demonstrated expertise in conducting mental health assessments and developing individualized treatment plans.
\n
• Strong background in delivering therapy to diverse populations, utilizing a variety of treatment modalities.

• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients, fostering a therapeutic relationship.

• Commitment to maintaining ethical standards and professional boundaries.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant technological applications.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of experience is required, preference will be given to candidates with experience in outpatient therapy settings, as well as those familiar with trauma-informed care and integrated treatment approaches.

Compensation and Benefits\n
