Work Environment\n

This position allows you to work in a remote capacity, providing you the flexibility to meet clients where they are most comfortable while still maintaining the engagement and connection typical of in-person sessions. You will use advanced telehealth technologies to conduct video counseling sessions, ensuring that you are accessible and responsive to the needs of your clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, using both virtual platforms and face-to-face meetings, to help clients articulate their emotions and experiences.

• Monitor client progress, adjust treatment strategies as necessary, and maintain detailed, confidential records in accordance with state regulations and ethical standards.

• Utilize evidence-based methodologies and therapeutic tools to support clients through various challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT in the state of California.

• Proven experience in counseling individuals, couples, and families, exhibiting a high level of competency in mental health care.
