Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments utilizing evidence-based practices, taking into account each client’s mental health history, symptoms, and personal goals to craft personalized treatment plans.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other innovative modalities tailored to meet the complex needs of our clients.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in adherence with HIPAA guidelines, ensuring compliance while supporting exceptional patient care and safeguarding privacy.

• Engage in regular multi-disciplinary team meetings to ensure comprehensive care approaches, collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other practitioners to optimize treatment outcomes.

• Participate in peer review sessions and clinical consultations aimed at enhancing therapeutic strategies and staying updated on current research findings in the mental health field.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active and valid license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist within the state of California.
