Work Environment\n

This is a 100% remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home while maintaining strict patient confidentiality. Our telehealth facility is equipped with advanced technology that facilitates seamless interaction between therapists and clients. You'll enjoy the autonomy of managing your own schedule within the regular business hours of Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, without any on-call responsibilities. This setup allows you to balance your personal life while contributing significantly to the mental health field.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly evidence-based therapy sessions via live video to individual adults, tailoring interventions to their specific needs and goals.

• Collaborate closely with fellow mental health professionals, including psychiatric providers, to ensure holistic and well-coordinated care for clients.

• Utilize automated symptom self-assessments and functional improvement tools to continuously evaluate progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on real-time data.

• Document sessions meticulously within our electronic health record (EHR) system while adhering to all necessary legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in regular team meetings and case consultations to share insights and enhance treatment strategies, fostering a culture of collective growth and professional development.

• Engage in comprehensive training on our evidence-based frameworks, also known as care pathways, to stay updated on best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adult clients facing various mental health challenges. This includes providing personalized care for conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your empathic engagement and clinical skills will empower clients to explore their concerns and develop coping strategies within a supportive and confidential environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution is mandatory.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Demonstrated experience of 2-3 years in providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, with a strong preference for experience in telehealth settings.

• Proficiency in utilizing technology, including EHR software and Google Suite, to maintain accurate records and facilitate sessions.

• Strong oral and written communication skills, with a commitment to regular documentation and client feedback processes.

Compensation and Benefits\n
