Key Responsibilities\n

• Developing and implementing individualized clinical treatment programs based on comprehensive evaluations of members experiencing acute or chronic mental health challenges, while actively tracking treatment outcomes and modifying approaches as necessary.

• Engaging in regular interdisciplinary staff conferences to discuss case management strategies, contributing insights on program development and treatment evaluation tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Providing outpatient psychotherapy to a diverse range of individuals, couples, families, and groups, using evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities that align with our clients' specific circumstances.

• Maintaining thorough, confidential records and documentation regarding patient assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and clinical summaries, in strict compliance with state regulations and NCQA standards.

• Collaborating with medical professionals to evaluate patients for potential psychotropic medications and facilitate referrals to ensure comprehensive care is provided.
\n
• Possibly supervising emerging mental health professionals, including Post Masters Fellows and Associate licensed therapists, ensuring they receive the guidance and resources necessary for professional growth and compliance.

• Offering tailored support to clients' families, including educational resources and strategies to enhance family involvement in treatment and foster a supportive home environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role serves a diverse clientele comprised of both adult and pediatric patients dealing with various mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders. You will have the opportunity to work closely with individuals facing unique social and cultural challenges, ensuring that your therapeutic approach is culturally competent and compassionate.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure in the State of California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements regarding patient confidentiality and clinical record-keeping.
