Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients via secure video chat, providing support while promoting mental health improvement.

• Encourage clients to explore their emotions and life experiences, thereby enhancing their self-awareness and interpersonal relationships.

• Advocate for clients by helping them articulate their personal goals and aspirations for therapy.
\n
• Assess clients’ mental health status and craft tailored treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices and your professional expertise to ensure meaningful outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will include carefully screened adult individuals characterized by stability and low acuity. Qualifications\n

To be considered for the position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• An active state license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in a relevant field: Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
\n
• Fully licensed and in good standing to practice independently; please note that provisional licenses or individuals with disciplinary actions on their record will not be considered.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of related experience is required, preference will be given to candidates with:

• Proficiency with digital platforms and technology, as this role will engage with a therapy platform for client interactions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range between USD 90,000 – 104,000 annually , depending on your hours and caseload. Additional features of our compensation package include:
