Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for new patients and their families, tailoring each evaluation to individual needs.

• Deliver evidence-based individual and family therapy sessions aimed at addressing the specific mental health concerns of patients.

• Ensure timely completion of documentation including billing, treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms, adhering to established timelines.
\n
• Develop and implement crisis plans, safety protocols, relapse prevention strategies, and wellness plans to ensure each patient maintains stable functioning.

• Collaborate with patients to create effective discharge plans as part of their overall treatment strategy.
\n
• Comply with all federal and state regulations and adhere to internal policies and procedures, including NEHS guidelines.
\n
• Engage in ongoing professional development through training sessions and continuing education to enhance counseling skills.
\n
• Participate in regular case consultations and agency meetings to discuss treatment plans and share insights with colleagues.

• Complete all licensing requirements and mandatory training to maintain professional standards and certifications.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults experiencing a range of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field that results in eligibility for licensure.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) in the state of Arizona is required.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in a telehealth setting is advantageous, as well as familiarity with virtual counseling platforms.

• Experience working with diverse populations and providing culturally sensitive care is preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to develop individualized treatment plans and effectively manage patient cases.

Compensation and Benefits\n
