Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in Massachusetts.

• A minimum of four years of professional experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating a deep understanding of mental health disorders and therapeutic practices.

• Proven ability to deliver comprehensive, individualized care with strong crisis intervention skills, remaining calm and collected in challenging scenarios.
