This role is entirely remote, allowing our LICSWs the flexibility to work from the comfort of their own home while remaining connected with a dedicated team of professionals. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments of clients’ emotional, social, and psychological needs to develop tailored and effective treatment plans that will guide their therapeutic journey.

• Facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and narrative therapy, based on each client's unique requirements.

• Work in partnership with clients to establish realistic and achievable therapeutic goals, while regularly monitoring their progress and adjusting treatment strategies as needed.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records compliant with state regulations and professional ethical standards, ensuring that all documentation is timely and accurately reflects client interactions.

• Engage in continuous learning and professional development through training, workshops, and conferences to stay abreast of emerging trends and techniques in social work and therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work predominantly with clients in hospice care, supporting both patients and their families through complex emotional and psychological challenges associated with terminal illness. This unique setting requires cultural competence and sensitivity, as you will encounter individuals from diverse backgrounds dealing with grief, loss, and the intricate emotional landscape of end-of-life care. Qualifications\n

• A master's degree or higher in Social Work from an accredited institution, with a focus on clinical practice being preferred.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.

• Experience providing therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families, specifically within hospice or palliative care settings is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
