Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand client needs and concerns.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, ranging from children to adults experiencing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship issues. You will develop strong therapeutic relationships by utilizing effective communication strategies and adapting your approach to meet each client's unique needs. Your ability to provide empathetic support will significantly contribute to improved client outcomes and long-term wellbeing.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• A valid and unrestricted LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license in the state of Arizona.

• Minimum of two years of experience in a clinical mental health setting, demonstrating proficiency in therapy.

• Strong foundation in evidence-based psychotherapy techniques and modalities.

• Exceptional active listening and interpersonal skills essential for building rapport with clients.

Preferred Experience\n
