Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT within the state of Florida.

• Proficient understanding of various mental health disorders and familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Experience delivering both individual and group therapy, employing culturally responsive approaches.

• Strong crisis intervention skills, along with proven ability to remain composed in high-stress situations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
