Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active state OT license (or eligibility for licensure)
• Previous school-based OT experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Compassionate, patient, and creative approach to supporting children’s growth
• Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized intervention plans for students
• Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services in accordance with IEPs
• Document student progress and provide input for IEP meetings
• Collaborate with teaching staff and families to implement strategies supporting students’ educational goals
• Support students in developing motor, sensory, self-help, and adaptive skills necessary for academic participation
• Maintain accurate records while ensuring compliance with district and federal guidelines
