Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing strong, trusting relationships to facilitate effective therapy sessions.

• Design and implement person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client’s specific needs and goals, reviewing these plans regularly for efficacy.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, including progress notes and treatment updates.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to identify client needs and inform treatment plans.

• Conduct individual therapy sessions, ensuring an impactful and therapeutic experience.

• Engage in regular supervision to enhance professional skills and ensure the highest quality of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As part of the Restoring Minds team, you will work predominantly with youth and families, addressing a spectrum of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and other childhood disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.
