Work Environment

In our vibrant outpatient clinic, you will find a collaborative and collegial atmosphere that fosters professional growth. The setting is organized, with dedicated spaces for therapeutic exercises and private treatment rooms to ensure patient comfort and confidentiality. Operating Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, we maintain a structured schedule that allows for excellent work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality physical therapy services to adult patients, primarily within the age range of 40 to 65, addressing their unique rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that focus on enhancing mobility, improving strength, and restoring function.
• Utilize a combination of hands-on manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and patient education to facilitate recovery and empower patients.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team that includes physicians, occupational therapists, chiropractors, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient progress and treatment plans using CureMD Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system for efficient tracking and reporting.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on adult patients who typically present with orthopedic conditions. This means you will engage with individuals recovering from surgeries, injuries, and chronic pain, helping them regain their movement and quality of life. Understanding the specific needs of this demographic is crucial, as they often require tailored approaches to therapy that account for their lifestyle, activity level, and personal goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active or eligible New Jersey Physical Therapist license.
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse patient populations.

Compensation and Benefits
