Work Environment

Our rehabilitation center features modern facilities equipped with state-of-the-art therapeutic tools and technologies. The onsite team enjoys a collaborative atmosphere, where constant communication and support from fellow healthcare professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and nurse practitioners, contribute to a well-rounded approach to patient care. Employees work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing a structured schedule that allows for work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized physical therapy services to adult patients, focusing on those aged 40 to 65.
• Create and implement customized treatment plans aimed at enhancing patients' mobility, strength, and functionality.
• Engage patients in therapeutic exercises, utilizing hands-on techniques such as manual therapy and modalities to facilitate recovery.
• Incorporate patient education throughout the therapy process, empowering clients with knowledge and strategies for self-care and injury prevention.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using CureMD Electronic Medical Records (EMR) to ensure continuity of care and facilitate collaboration among the healthcare team.
• Regularly communicate and collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, chiropractors, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants to devise shared strategies for optimal patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with adult patients, particularly those within the 40 to 65 age range, who may be recovering from surgeries, injuries, or chronic conditions. Our therapy approach is holistic, addressing physical needs while also taking into account emotional and psychological factors that contribute to recovery. You will play a critical role in fostering an encouraging environment that prioritizes patient motivation and engagement.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a Master's Degree is required.
• Possession of an active or eligible New Jersey PT license is essential.
• Demonstrated clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and a genuine empathy for patients are necessary for success in this role.

Preferred Experience

• Two years of relevant experience in a physical therapy setting, particularly in outpatient care, is preferred.
• While outpatient experience is beneficial, fresh graduates with a strong clinical foundation will also be considered.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
