Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough, trauma-informed mental health assessments to understand each patient’s history and identify tailor-made treatment approaches.

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans that focus on trauma recovery, resilience, and holistic mental health.

• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitating individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping patients process traumatic experiences, develop coping strategies, and foster healing.

• Collaborating closely with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary professionals to ensure a comprehensive and integrative care approach for patients.

• Providing crisis intervention for clients in trauma-related emergencies, ensuring timely support and guidance.

• Educating patients and their families on trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and available community resources.
