Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor at Goodwell Counseling Services, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand client needs and tailor personalized therapeutic interventions.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, ensuring a supportive environment that fosters openness and healing.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.

• Engage in collaborative care with multidisciplinary teams to optimize client outcomes and ensure holistic treatment approaches.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training workshops to stay current on mental health advancements and integrate best practices into your work.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on individuals and families who may have limited access to mental health care. You will address a diverse array of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, substance abuse, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your role will be pivotal in helping clients navigate their emotional struggles and improve their overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• An active and unrestricted LPCC licensure in California.
\n
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, with a preference for clinical settings.

• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health counseling.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a healthcare team, prioritizing client care and outcomes.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Goodwell Counseling Services offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 90,000 annually, based on experience and caseload availability. In addition to a rewarding salary, we provide comprehensive benefits, including:
