Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver therapeutic services through individual, couple, and family sessions while adjusting approaches based on clients' evolving needs.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and support staff to create integrated, multidisciplinary treatment strategies.

• Document all therapy sessions, client interactions, and progress notes accurately and promptly using our secure electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Participate in ongoing professional development by attending training sessions, workshops, and supervision meetings.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on a diverse client population struggling with various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and family dynamics. You'll utilize your skills to support adults, adolescents, and families, addressing their complex emotional and psychological needs with empathy and respect.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field from an accredited program.

• Current license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Tennessee.
