Work Environment

The Nurse Practitioner will work onsite at our facility, engaging directly with patients in a friendly, supportive environment. Our model emphasizes house calls, allowing for greater convenience and accessibility for our patients. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including history-taking, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations to accurately diagnose conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and implement appropriate interventions based on clinical findings and patient preferences.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal health outcomes.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and best practices in healthcare.
• Communicate effectively with patients regarding their health and treatment options, ensuring they are informed and engaged in their care.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care while participating in case reviews and quality improvement initiatives.
• Stay abreast of the latest scientific research and clinical guidelines, actively pursuing continuing education opportunities to enhance personal and team performance.

Qualifications

• Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine is required.
• An active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license valid in the state of New York.
• An advanced education background, including a Master of Science in Nursing, Doctor of Nursing Practice, or equivalent NP Certificate Program completion.
• Authorization to work within the United States without restrictions.
• Demonstrated ability to monitor, define, and enforce the quality of healthcare practices.
• Meeting ongoing eligibility requirements for maintaining professional certifications and participation in continuing education.

Preferred Experience

• At least two years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably within primary or urgent care.
• Experience in concierge medicine or house calls is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while also functioning collaboratively as part of a healthcare team.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 150,000 to $160,000 based on experience and patient caseload.
