Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based care to patients in accordance with national and community standards, actively participating in the delivery of patient-centered services.
• Collaborate closely with office staff to develop and enhance efficient office practices, ensuring smooth operations and optimal patient flow.
• Act as a liaison between practice management and hospital administration, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of evolving healthcare legislation and practice standards.
• Perform comprehensive assessments of patients by collecting, interpreting, and analyzing pertinent information to tailor individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records, generating comprehensive documentation within 2 business days of patient encounters that meets all regulatory, billing, and quality standards.
• Participate in the strategic planning of practice management initiatives, working to align practice goals with the overall objectives of the health system.
• Foster a cohesive professional identity among staff, promoting a culture of respect and collaboration.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
