Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed mental health assessments to accurately evaluate psychological and emotional concerns in children and adolescents, identifying areas of need.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that consider the developmental stage of each child and their familial dynamics.

• Provide evidence-based interventions including individual therapy, family therapy, and group therapy sessions, addressing a spectrum of issues from anxiety and depression to ADHD and behavioral disorders.

• Work collaboratively with child psychiatrists and multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated care, promoting mental wellness.

• Deliver crisis intervention support, effectively managing mental health emergencies and providing immediate care during stressful situations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Georgia.
