Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities including, but not limited to, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) tailored to each client.

• Maintain compliant clinical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and professional standards.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance treatment efficacy and team synergy.

• Engage in continued education to stay abreast of the latest research and methodologies in mental health care.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, available therapies, and relevant community resources to support their journey towards recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, ranging from adolescents to adults, presenting with various mental health disorders including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and more. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active and valid clinical license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
