Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health conditions through one-on-one interviews and surveys.

• Develop personalized therapy plans in collaboration with clients, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Facilitate regular therapeutic sessions, both individual and group, to provide consistent support and build therapeutic rapport.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies, ensuring client safety and providing immediate support during critical situations.

• Document client progress and treatment plans accurately using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Refer clients to additional services, including psychiatrists and community resources, when necessary to promote holistic care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the state of Illinois.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting.

• Proficient understanding of various mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and cultural competence in therapy.

• Excellent crisis management and intervention skills, with the ability to remain composed under pressure.

Compensation and Benefits\n
