Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage with families to provide essential support, resources, and coaching aimed at enhancing their child’s developmental progress.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and Natural Learning Environment Principles in your approach to early intervention.

• Develop strong relationships with children and families to facilitate a nurturing learning environment.

• Regularly review and adjust service frequency based on ongoing assessments of child development and family priorities.

• Ensure compliance with all Federal and State regulations throughout service delivery.

• Maintain detailed and confidential records of assessments, service delivery, and family interactions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LCSW at Gentle Arms Counseling Solutions, you will primarily work with infants and toddlers facing developmental challenges. Your role is vital in helping children gain essential skills in physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication areas during their crucial early years. • A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.
