Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify patients' psychological, emotional, and social needs. Tailor individualized treatment plans based on these evaluations.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to facilitate effective treatment for individuals, couples, and families.

• Lead and facilitate psychoeducational and support groups that address prevalent mental health issues, promoting a sense of community among participants to enhance resilience and coping strategies.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a coordinated and holistic approach to patient care, thereby improving treatment outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention support, offering immediate assistance to patients during mental health emergencies while ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health disorders, treatment options, and available community resources to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Diligently maintain accurate and confidential documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with EHR requirements.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and proven competence in a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
