Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans that address their emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques and frameworks, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy, to support client progress.

• Document all sessions and maintain comprehensive client records in compliance with HIPAA and our clinic’s standards.

• Participate in case conferences and training sessions that enhance team dynamics and promote best practices in mental health counseling.

• Stay informed of current trends and developments in mental health and counseling practices through continuing education and professional workshops.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
