Key Responsibilities\n

• Assist therapeutic teams by scoring, interpreting, and reporting psychometric assessments, thereby enhancing treatment strategies.

• Conduct regular supervision sessions in partnership with site supervisors, fostering professional growth and ensuring quality treatment delivery.

• Participate actively in staff meetings and clinical discussions, contributing to a culture of collaboration and shared knowledge.

• Identify and utilize agency resources and services to enhance client care and improve treatment outcomes.

• Complete comprehensive agency orientation and familiarize yourself with policies and procedures to maintain compliance and operational effectiveness.

• Thoroughly prepare for client sessions by reviewing case notes and conducting research on specific client challenges.

• Engage in small group supervision or seminar preparation, including analyzing recorded sessions and engaging in peer feedback.

• Maintain diligent client records in both written and electronic formats, ensuring continuity of care and confidentiality.

• Coordinate services and consultations with partner agencies to ensure a holistic approach to client needs.

• Conduct client assessments and collaborate with clinical staff to develop individualized treatment plans to address specific needs.

• Write detailed case notes, evaluations, and client documentation consistent with regulatory and agency standards.
