Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations for each patient, including thorough assessments of medical history and functional abilities to create tailored treatment plans.
• Communicate evaluation results and treatment strategies to both patients and their families, ensuring they are informed and involved in goal-setting.
• Implement and oversee patient-specific treatment protocols that adapt based on patient progress, clinical findings, and best practices in physical therapy.
• Collaborate with fellow healthcare providers to modify treatment plans as necessary, recognizing any changes in patient conditions that may require adjustments or referrals.
• Manage accurate documentation for all patient interactions, including initial evaluations, treatment notes, and discharge summaries, to maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and enhance communication within the care team.

• Engage in ongoing professional development activities, including attending workshops, and mentoring clinical interns to foster educational growth within the team.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The Physical Therapist will primarily work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, chronic pain conditions, neurological disorders, and post-operative rehabilitation. Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
