Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments to accurately evaluate clients' mood disorder symptoms, including frequency, severity, and duration, utilizing standardized assessment tools.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to promote effective coping strategies among clients.

• Maintain thorough and confidential records of client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate actively in case consultations and team meetings to foster a team-oriented approach, while pursuing further professional development opportunities specific to mood disorders.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses primarily on individuals struggling with mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, and bipolar disorder. Our clientele is diverse, comprising various age groups and backgrounds, allowing therapists to accumulate experience across a wide spectrum of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n
