Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain an active caseload while building rapport and fostering therapeutic relationships with clients, ensuring adherence to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Develop, implement, and oversee personalized treatment plans that meet clients' unique needs and goals, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Document client interactions, treatment progress, and updates in accordance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients' specific mental health needs and tailor treatment strategies accordingly.

• Engage in ongoing individual supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and professional development.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to deliver integrated care for clients, ensuring holistic treatment approaches.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 90,000, reflecting the skills and experience brought to the role.
