Provide individualized speech therapy interventions focused on enhancing communication, language skills, fluency, voice, and swallowing capabilities.

Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including physical and occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, caregivers, and families, to develop cohesive care strategies.

Educate patients and their families to ensure continued progress beyond your clinical sessions.

Participate in occasional inpatient speech therapy evaluations and interventions to ensure seamless continuity of care.

Maintain detailed and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

Engage in continuous professional development through educational opportunities and peer collaborations.

A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if you are yet to be ASHA-certified.

A valid state license as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Preferably, hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory within the first 30 days of employment.

Expertise in evidence-based treatment methods for patients of all ages, with a deep understanding of developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Exceptional interpersonal communication skills with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

Ability to tailor therapy techniques to accommodate diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.

Strong clinical judgement coupled with proficient problem-solving capabilities.

Familiarity with electronic medical records and documentation requirements.
