Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a mental health counselor, you will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults who present with a variety of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, and relationship issues. Your approach will be centered on providing stability and support designed to help clients develop essential coping skills and enhance their overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Active and unrestricted state-issued mental health counseling license. Acceptable licenses include Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist.

• No provisional or limited licenses will be accepted; candidates must have the ability to work independently without supervision.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to connect with clients and show empathy.

• Strong computer proficiency, including familiarity with video conferencing tools and electronic health records systems.

• Reliable internet connection capable of supporting video calls, along with a computer equipped with audio and webcam capabilities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
