Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients to understand their physical conditions and functional limitations.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on the evaluation findings and in accordance with physician referrals and patient goals.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions using advanced techniques and modalities to promote recovery, such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and education.
• Monitor progress and modify treatment strategies as necessary to achieve optimal patient outcomes, ensuring each session is productive and goal-oriented.
• Provide guidance, support, and education to patients and their families regarding rehabilitation processes and home exercise programs.
• Document all patient interactions meticulously in our electronic health records system, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At Mega Motion Physical Therapy Center, you will serve a varied patient population, primarily focusing on individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, and chronic conditions. This role will provide you with the opportunity to work with diverse age groups, treating not only adult patients but child and adolescent clients as well. Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid State License to practice Physical Therapy in New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits
