Key Responsibilities\n

The Licensed Professional Counselor will engage in numerous critical tasks, including but not limited to:

• Offering one-on-one counseling sessions to individuals and couples to address mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Facilitating group therapy sessions that foster community, support, and shared experiences among clients.
\n
• Developing tailored treatment plans in collaboration with clients to set achievable goals, ensuring progress is monitored and adjusted as necessary.

• Implementing effective coping strategies and life skills training, equipping clients with tools for empowerment and resilience in their daily lives.

• Continuously collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to holistically address client needs.

• Maintaining comprehensive and confidential client records and progress notes in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
