Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic screenings to ascertain the mental health needs of patients, customizing treatment plans based on individual evaluations.

• Provide individual counseling sessions utilizing evidence-based practices, particularly focusing on short-term therapeutic interventions and effective crisis management.

• Lead therapeutic group sessions that engage patients in discussions tailored to their mental health concerns, promoting peer support and shared experiences.

Qualifications\n

• The annual salary range for this position is between $115,000 and $130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
