Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients, establishing a baseline for therapy.
• Collaborate with clients to create individualized treatment plans that align with their specific needs, aspirations, and preferences, ensuring maximum engagement and effectiveness.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate client healing and growth.
• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies, fostering a supportive atmosphere conducive to recovery.
• Regularly monitor client progress, documenting feedback and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to ensure integrated, holistic care for clients.
