The ideal candidate will hold a current state license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health concerns.

• Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs using proven therapeutic modalities.

• Provide individual therapy and establish therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients, regularly monitoring their progress.

• Offer teletherapy sessions to clients who prefer virtual visits or who face accessibility challenges, ensuring individualized support.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans, adhering to ethical and regulatory standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

Preferred Experience\n

While we welcome applicants at various levels of experience, preference will be given to candidates with a background in trauma-informed care and a demonstrated ability to work with clients of varying cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. Experience in a private practice setting or familiarity with teletherapy is also advantageous.
