Key Responsibilities\n

• Individualized Treatment Plans: Develop tailored treatment plans that clarify client strengths, deficits, and psychosocial needs, ensuring each student receives personalized care that addresses their unique circumstances.

• Facilitate Therapeutic Groups: Conduct educational and therapeutic group sessions, documenting patient goals and their responses accurately to promote progress and engagement.

• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Actively participate in treatment planning meetings, providing insights and receiving feedback on patient progress, while ensuring treatment plans are updated accordingly based on the evolving needs of clients.

• Conflict Resolution: Effectively identify and address resistance and conflict involving clients, families, healthcare team members, and community representatives, through appropriate interventions to alleviate tension and encourage productive communication.

• Maintain Patient Records: Compile and uphold accurate, up-to-date, and legible patient records in alignment with social work standards, meticulously documenting assessments, treatment plans, interventions, and case closures.

• Behavioral Knowledge: Demonstrate a thorough understanding of DSM diagnostic criteria applicable to children and adolescents, while recognizing age-related developmental tasks to guide therapeutic strategies.

• Assessment and Data Integration: Gather relevant data concerning patients and their families and formulate comprehensive assessments that reflect their medical, social, and emotional circumstances using various interview techniques and chart reviews.

• Ongoing Treatment Revisions: Regularly reassess and adjust treatment plans through ongoing psychosocial evaluations, ensuring that client and family concerns, strengths, and cultural values are integrated into care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on students in a school setting, ranging from elementary to high school levels. You will be addressing various issues they face, including anxiety, depression, academic stress, and family-related concerns. Collaborating with educators and families, you will create supportive environments to ensure students thrive both academically and emotionally.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health discipline.

• Must hold a valid and independent LCSW license.

• Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certification.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster effective relationships with clients and colleagues.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually.
